1176 flats declared open by CM

On behalf of the Tamil Nadu Urban Livelihood Board, flats have been constructed at 15 locations across Tamil Nadu.  The CM M.K. Stalin declared open them through a video conference from the Chennai Chief Secretariat and handed over the allotment orders to the beneficiaries.

According to the Board, 492 houses in Bhavani, 204 houses in Perundurai, 96 houses in Modakurichi, 276 houses in Kodumudi, 108 houses in Sathyamangalam area, (totalling 1176 houses) were built at a cost of Rs.101.01 crore one lakh. District Collector Krishnanunni, Anthiyur MLA AG Venkatachalam, Deputy Mayor Selvaraj and many others were present. Out of 1176 houses, 541 houses have been allotted to the beneficiaries. Officials said the remaining 635 houses would be allotted soon.
