34 deliveries in Salem Urban PHC, Mayor congratulates Docs and Nurses

Salem Mayor A.Ramachandran visited the Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC) in Dhadhagapatti in Salem on Wednessday and congratulated the doctors and nurses who were responsible for conducting 34 deliveries in the month of March this year.

A total of 84 deliveries were conducted in the 16 UPHCs in Salem City out of which 34 were conducted in Dhadhagapatti alone.

The Mayor said that the UBHC was able to make the record feat because of public's faith in the hospital and the dedicated service of the medical staff including doctors and nurses. He congratulated the medical staff and hounoured them with shawls. Commissioner D. Chrituraja and other officials were present.
