39th Batch of B.E./B.Tech begins at KEC

The inaugural function of 39th batch of first year B.E. / B.Tech classes was held on Nov 4 in Kongu Engineering College (KEC), Perundurai. Prof. Jayanthsri Balakrishnan, Professor (Rtd), P.S.G College of Arts &Science, Coimbatore was the chief guest of the event. Dr.R.Kumaraswamy, President, The Kongu Vellalar Institute of Technology Trust (KVITT) A.K.Ilango, Correspondent, and Dr.V.Balusamy, Principal, Trustees V.K.Muthusamy, P.Sachithanandan, A.Venkatachalam, Correspondent, Kongu Naturopathy and Yoga Medical College and R.M.Devaraja, Correspondent, Kongu National Matriculation Hr. Sec. School greeted the students.

Following the inaugural ceremony, four days student induction programme is scheduled for the first year students to familiarize the college education, the role of engineering, yoga, physical fitness, food habits & human values in which R.Mohamed Yasar Arafath IRS and R.Aswin will share their valuable experience. The regular classes will commence from Nov 10.
