44th Coimbatore Sahodaya Schools football tournament

Chandrakanthi Public School, Coimbatore hosted the 4 day 44th Coimbatore Sahodaya Schools Complex Interschool Boys Football Tournament for the academic year 2023-2024 in the U-14, U-16 and U-19 categories from Sept 30.
64 schools from Pollachi, Erode, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Udumalpet, Mettupalayam and Dindigul, 46 teams and 1872 students participated.
U-14 CATEGORY: Parvathy’s Anugrahaa International School, Dindigul were the winners with 8 goals. Ayush Shriram of the School was awarded the best player (goal keeper). 
U-16 CATEGORY: CS Academy, Erode were the winners with 2 goals. Sri Riddhish of the school was awarded the best player. 
U-19 CATEGORY: CS Academy, Coimbatore were the winners with 3 goals. Thrush Rajkumar of the school was awarded the best player in the U-19 category.
Certificates, medals and trophies were distributed to all the prize winners in all the three categories.
Mr.Surya from Coimbatore Public School was appointed as the Observer for the tournament. Officials from the Coimbatore Football Association conducted the matches on all the 4 days.
