AIADMK will alone protect people's interest: Thangamani

Former Electricity  Minister and Kumarapalayam MLA P Thangamani said that AIADMK is the only movement which protects people.  Former Chief Minister Arignar Anna's 114th birthday is being celebrated across Tamil Nadu today. In the celebration held at Pallipalayam in his segment, he paid floral tribute to late CM's portrait. Later he said that the Dravidian movement was started by scholar Anna

AIADMK was formed by the revolutionary leader MGR after the death of Anna. This is the party that grew up with the principles of Anna. Despite many trials, General Secretary of the party Edappadi Palaniswamy has ordered to celebrate Anna's birthday in Tamil Nadu today in grand manner. It is happy that this is the first celebration after he assumed the post. Once power tariff hike was announced, he ordered massive stir.

Now, after assuming the post, he ordered similar stir  tomorrow in protest against the steep hike in power tariff indicating AIADMK is the only movement that will protect the people always. He said that all the volunteers should participate in the protest in large numbers. Party town secretary PS Velliangiri and block secretary Senthil and functionaries TK Subramaniam, Jaiganesh, Saravanan and many others attended.
