An unforgettable flight experience for 33 differently abled women

Round Table India & Ladies Circle India are not-for-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organizations working with a common goal promoting Freedom through Education & Educate to Enlighten. Apart for focus on education we also carry out various community service activities for underprivileged.  Under the banner “Flight Of Fantasy” one such project of organising an air travel experience for 33 differently abled women from Chennai to Hyderabad was executed. 

The importance of accessibility in air travel for disabled individuals cannot be overstated. For far too long, physically disabled individuals have faced numerous barriers when it comes to air travel, often feeling excluded or discouraged from pursuing their travel aspirations. 

A joint initiative of Area 2, Area 6 & Area 9 of Round Table India & Ladies Circle India had sponsored to and fro bus & flight journey between Vellore, Chennai, Hyderabad with a two day trip and meals to 33 women staffs of WPD - workshop for physically disabled Vellore, set up by Round Table & Ladies Circle.
