Annual Sports Day at Samhita Academy

The Samhita Academy ,Malumichampatti, Coim batore conducted the Annual sports meet on Jan 7. Mr. Alwyn Francis, physical education director and founder of Divine Sports Academy was the Chief Guest. 

Principal, Mrs. Radha K.G hoisted the National Flag. PET teacher, Ms.Haritha contributed to the overall performance of the sports meet. The sports meet was declared open by the chief guest. The school I.L., Ms.Margaret Sathyan welcomed the gathering. Student of the four houses of Vayu, Agni, Prithvi and Jal cheered for their respective members. The school organized a number of competitions for the Annual Sports Day.

The overall championship was given to the Prithvi team for scoring the highest points in the events.  Prithvi team won the medal for the best March Past.  Individual championship was given to Prithvi and Agni for their best performance .Ms.Sujithra proposed the vote of thanks. Mrs Asha Thomas, Executive director and the trustee of the Samhita Foundation Bangalore gave away champions trophy.
