Awareness meeting on IT TDS/TCS

Income tax department and Builders Association of India (BAI) jointly organized an awareness meeting at on TDS/TCS at the BAI office, Erode on Monday. 

Income Tax Officer John Benedict Ashok and Auditor M Vishnukumar delivered keynote address on income tax deduction and collection at source TDS/TCS and cleared the doubts of members of BAI and also highlighted the benefits of paying income tax promptly to avoid penal action. 

They explained new clauses and amendments introduced by the IT Department. BAI district president SP Ravi Shankar, Secretary P Mohan, functionaries Auditor R Ravindran and SS Natarajan spoke.
