Brain dead 25 year old gives life to 7 persons

The deceased E.Seenivasan  Age 25,  survived by his father Elamurugan, mother Kanagavalli and elder brother Mr.Vijayakumar living at  South Street, Elayiram Pannai, Virudhunagar District.  
On the fateful day of May 29, at 10.25 pm, he met with an accident near Thottipalayam Pirivu, Coimbatore  and was taken to nearby private hospital for first aid and then taken to KMCH Coimbatore, for specialized treatment. During the treatment he did not respond much and declared brain dead on May 9. 
His family stood clueless and came forward to donate his organs. 
Multi organ transplant surgeons harvested liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, skin and bone from his body in accordance with the regulations prescribed by the Transplant Authority, Govt. of Tamil Nadu. 
The harvested organs i.e. liver and one kidney  were transplanted at KMCH, heart, one kidney, skin and bone was sent to private hospital at Coimbatore. 
Lungs were sent to Private Hospital at Chennai. 
The family members were proud that his organs gave new lease of lives to 7 needy people. 
Dr. Nalla G Palaniswami, Chairman, KMCH thanked the family for organ donation. He added that this act of generosity will bring in more awareness towards this nobel cause.
