BU Football Women Tourney

A 2- day Bharathiar University's Inter-College Women Football Tournament was held at Kongu Arts and Science College, Erode. 29 teams participated. College correspondent Thangavel inaugurated it. 
The Navarasam Arts and Science College team won in the finals. 

Through this competition, 20 players were selected for Bharathiar University Women's Football Team.  Tamil Nadu Physical Education University former Registrar Dr Radhakrishnan, BU Director of Physical Education Rajeswaran, Sri Vasavi College Director of Physical Education Dr. Ramesh, Correspondent of Kongu National School Devaraja, KASC correspondent Thangavel, Principal Dr. N. Raman, and Director, Department of Physical Education Dr. U. Shankar presented prizes.

Details of the winning teams: I Place Navarasam College of Arts and Sciences for Women, Erode, II Place Michael Jobs College, Coimbatore, III Place Bharatiyar University, Coimbatore, IV Place Providence College of Arts and Sciences Coonoor.
