Cancer prevention and cure highlighted in Rose Day event

Rose Day an annual cancer awareness event was organised by Paterson Cancer Centre on September 22. Cancer is curable, preventable and if screened early, can be cured easily was the prime message of the event.Founded by Dr. S Vijayaraghavan, clinical Oncologist, till today, more than 5700 cancer patients have been cured and sent home with a smiling face. 

Those who have been cured shared their experiences with the patients who are currently under cancer treatment on this day every year. A daily requirement kit would be provided to every patient each year.
