Capgemini-SREC innovation centre inaugurated

The Capgemini Engineering - Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College (SREC) -Innovation Centre in the domain of automotive engineering was inaugurated on Jan 11 at SREC, Vattamalaipalayam campus.
As a second phase of an MoU, signed between Capgemini and SREC, a Centre of Innovation for the automotive sector was inaugurated in 1500 Sq.Ft at SREC. 

On this special occasion, Sri.  Prasad Shetye, Executive Vice President, Sri. Rajesh Kosalram, Sri. Sanjeev Gupta, Sri. Atul Kurani - Vice Presidents of Automotive -Industry 4.0 and IoT verticals from Capgemini Engineering Company participated and addressed the students. 

The Managing Trustee Sri. D. Lakshminarayanaswamy SNR Sons Charitable Trust presided over the function. Dr.Alamelu, the principal of the college  highlighted the scope of collaboration of this Centre. Mr. Ganesh - Advisor – Industry explained the importance of this Centre. Heads of various departments of the college and senior officials of Capgemini Engineering, Bengaluru, Coimbatore and more than 1000 students participated in the program.
