Career guidance programme held at KASC

An Awareness Programme on career opportunities in government sector under the topic of 'What I Next' was arranged by the Training and Placement Cell and Career Guidance and Counselling Cell of KASC in Association with District Employment Exchange, Erode, at the Kongu Arts and Science College (KASC),  for the final year UG and PG students. 

Thiru. K.Palanisamy, Correspondent and Dr.N.Raman, Principal felicitated the gathering. Ms. T. Jothi, District Employment Officer, Erode, Mr. Chandra Sekaran, Deputy Director, Ex. Service men Welfare Office, Erode and Ms.Jhansi, District Industries Center, Erode were the resource persons. 

The resource persons explained the different job opportunities in Army and Central Government sectors and opportunities for the entrepreneurs to establish Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises with various state and Central Government Schemes. 
The resource persons cleared the doubts of the students at the end of the session. The programme was organized by Mr.K.K.Sureshkumar, Placement Officer and Dr.P.Kalarai, Convener, CGCC of Kongu Arts and Science College.
