CBC FO Coimbatore along with the NSS Unit of Sri Ramakrishna College of arts and science, jointly organized Clean India 2.0 Pledge taking ceremony in the college on Oct 29. More than 2000 students and NSS volunteers took part.
Dr. C.Samuel Chelliah Regional director, NSS Chennai administered the pledge to them. He mentioned that there are more than 40 lakh NSS students and each of them segregated 2kg of plastic waste (in total 8 lakh kilograms) which were disposed or recycled during the clean India 2.0 campaign from October 1 to October 31, 2022.

Clean India 2.0 Mega campaign- Pledge to avoid the uses of single use plastic.
