Its resolutions are:

In recent past, the retirement benefits of society secretaries were withheld and the they were suspended. The coop department should stop such procedure and grant retirement benefits. The coop registrar has agreed to withhold the general transfer of secretaries of societies. Even then, the regional joint registrars were transferring the registrars. Besides, they were acting against the registrar's circular on giving promotion  to secretaries. Such things should be stopped. The union decided to stage stir to draw the attention of the government on the problems of ration shop workers. The rigid norms on loan sanction, the norms of MSC/AIF which could lead the societies to loss should be changed and wage pact talks for urban and PACB staff should be speeded up.
