Coca-Cola India appoints Ajay Bathija as Vice President, Franchise Operations

Coca-Cola India has appointed Ajay Vijay Bathija as Vice President of Franchise Operations for Southwest Asia (SWA). Ajay has a 24-year career with The Coca-Cola Company, having started as the Front Line Sales team at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. and later as the Region Manager for the Mekong Delta Region at SabCo Vietnam. He has also led sales operations and route-to-market strategies for SabCo Vietnam. Ajay returned to India as Director Marketing for Colas and spearheaded the "Share a Coke" campaign, introduced Coca-Cola Zero sugar, and revitalized ThumsUp.

He worked as the Country Manager for Bangladesh from 2018-2020 and transitioned to Senior Director - Front Line Marketing in 2020. Ajay has a proven track record of taking businesses to new heights and is a Commerce graduate from HR College of Commerce and Economics.
