Coimbatore-based student launches her maiden book at 21

The book titled  “Never Thought, Ever Expected 2019 to ...?” written by budding author V. Vini Jona was launched on Friday at  Annai Velankanni Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Sowripalayam, Coimbatore.

The author who is a student of BA in English Literature is an alumnus of the school and also a Proprietor of INIVS Creaters. The author has set the fulcrum of the book around the pandemic. The book at the very outset deals with the COVID-19 that made a dramatic change in everyone's life. 

The first copy of this book was released by Prof. Dr P Suriya Narayanan and received by Dr Sathiyakannadhasan and Dr Divakhar.

 Along with them, School Correspondent Victor Sagayaraj, Principal Mercy Victor, Secretary Vivin Andrews, Carys3 Supermarket Proprietor Amalraj and Governor of Lions Club 324D and  Sakthi Constructions Prop. Ln. Dr N. Shanmugasundaram were the other dignitaries at the event.

Prof. Dr P. Suriya Narayanan gave a review of the book. National President of Our Vigilance Council of India Dr Sathiyakannadhasan congratulated the young writer V. Vini Jona with a certificate and momento of honour. Vincent Paul Rosario congratulated the author and gave a keynote address about the book.

Xavier Arputham Periyasamy, an International Examiner from Los Angeles, USA gave a review of this book. Following this, the budding author V. Vini Jona shared her situations, which induced her to write this book. She handed out books to those who had booked to buy her signed copy. 

She also thanked those who attended the event. Dr Dinesh, Balakrishnan,  Selvakumar, Br. John Stephen, Selvanaayagam, Jerry, Ln. Anand and Ashwin participated as special guests in this Book launch event.
