Coimbatore collector Kranthikumar Pati flagged off a red run marathon that was organized by the district AIDS control and prevention department in view of international youths day from Nehri stadium in the city. Deputy director (health services) Aruna, district sports officer Raghu, AIDS control and prevention project manager Gopalakrishnan and others were present at the event.
