Coimbatore Collector provides welfare fund worth Rs. 3.85 crores to 366 beneficiaries

Coimbatore Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati provided welfare funds worth Rs. 3.85 crores to 366 beneficiaries during a mass meeting organized at SMR Mahal marriage hall in the Kinathukadavu region on July 10.

Speaking at the event, the district collector said, “As part of the mass meet initiative, one village is selected and a camp is set up there. The government officials invite the people in the village to the camp, inquire about the challenges they face, and provide them with the necessary welfare funds to support them. During this meeting, we spoke to the people from Kinathukadavu village and provided welfare funds worth Rs. 3.85 crores to 366 beneficiaries based on the petitions received.”

Pollachi Member of Parliament K Ishwaramurthi, Pollachi Sub Collector Gunasekaran, President of Kinathukadavu Panchayat Union Committee Sathyabama Balasubramaniam, President of Kovilpalayam Panchayat Committee Suresh Kumar, and other government officers were present during the event.
