Coin expo at VET IAS College

UV Swaminatha Iyer Tamil Forum and VET IAS  (Institute of Arts and Science) College organised an expo of old coins, paper currency, stamps, paintings and other artefacts on Oct 18 in the college premises. Mr. C. Thamarai Raj, CEO of Numisparadise, Kumarapalayam, Namakkal inaugurated it in the presence of Dr R Saravanan, Principal,  Mr S Logesh Kumar, Administrative Officer, Dr V P Nallasamy, Dean Academics, Heads, Members of Faculties.

The expo contains rare collection of old coins, paper currency and stamps from various countries like England, Cuba, Denmark, South America, Russia, Bulgaria, Mexico, Hungary, Poland, Spain, Germany, Netherland, Iraq, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, Uganda, Ukraine, Zimbabwe, Burma, Greek, Kenya, Tanzania etc, reminding ancient history.
