Collector inaugurates production centre of FPC

Erode District Collector H. Krishnanunni inaugurated the new production center of Hill Millet Farmer Producer Company (FPC) operating in Talawadi on Wednesday. He also gave away  certificates to 20 beneficiaries who had received two wheeler repair training and Rs 75,000 to Thalawadi Vocational School to provide training related to nursery.

Under the Department of Rural Development, Vazhnthu Kattuvom project is in force in Bhavani, Bhavanisagar, Chennimalai, Sathyamangalam and Thalavadi blocks.  So, he visited the primary school of Thiganarai Panchayat and inspected the trial for preparing breakfast for  school students held in the kitchen there.
