Collector releases Sadhanai Malar

 Collector H Krishnanunni released a Sadhanai Malar, containing the one year achievement of DMK rule, at the Collectorate on Saturday.  Later, he told newsmen ''for the past one year, 4.30 crore women, 25045 transgenderd and 2.33 lakh diffables got benefit under the free bus service scheme, 9.83 lakh under the Makkalaithedi Maruthuvam, 35,869 under Varumun Kappom,729 got Rs. 1.02 crore worth benefit under Nammai Kakkum 48, 
21,176 persons got Rs 58.20 crore worth benefit under Health Insurance Scheme, Rs 4000 each and Rs 28.96 cr worth groceries were given as corona relief to 7.25  lakh family card holders, 2,686  front line workers were given Rs. 2.62 crore as corona relief, 240 persons got Rs 5 cr worth benefit under Ungal Thogithiyil Mudalvar, 3374 SHGs got Rs 79.12 cr loan waiver benefit, 3062 farmers got Rs 5.09 cr worth power connections, 8 road works at a cost of Rs 2.88 cr under MGNREGS were initiated during the past one year.
