Cong demo against Agnipath

Congress cadres led by Erode East MLA Thirumahan Evera staged a demonstration   against Centre's Agnipath scheme at erode on Monday. The MLA said ''the scheme is none other than creating a mercenary gang instead of creating a permanent defence forces.

Due to corona, the recruitment in dzfence forces was not done for the past 2 years. Not only in defence forces, but also in various fields, BJP rule damaged the country's establishments'' he charged. Party functionaries Thiruselvan,  MM Harshad,  KN Batcha and many others attended.
