Dental Project to benefit 1500 students launched

Rotary Club of Coimbatore Cotton City and Sindhi Ladies Forum in association with Sri Ramakrishna Dental College and Hospital  launched a project called E Ways to Smile Ways on Tuesday. It is an initiative to provide free dental care to primary school children. Funds for the project are raised through E-waste recycling.M.Prathap, Commissioner, Coimbatore Corporation was the Chief Guest. Rtn.Godwin Maria Viswasam, C.V.Ramkumar, CEO, SNR Sons Charitable Trust and Kamlesh Raheja, Correspondent, Sindhi Vidhyalaya MHSS were the Guest of Honor.

Dental Project

The launch took place at Corporation Elementary School, Ramalingam Colony, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore in the presence of Rtn.R.Mylsamy, District Director, Rtn.Sumit Kumar Prasad, Assistant Governor, Rtn.Rakesh Kumar Ranka, GGR, Rtn.Kumarpal K Daga, Rtn.Alpesh Mehta, Rtn.Rohini Sethia, Project Chairs, Rtn.Nirov Sheth, President, Rtn.MPHF.Krishna T Samanth, Secretary, Rtn.Pramod Samar, Director Youth, RCC Cotton City, Komal Chabaria, President and Preeti Punjabi, Secretary, Sindhi Ladies Forum. The project would be carried  out in 18 Corporation elementary schools in Coimbatore over a  period of 3 to 6 months for which permissions have been obtained from the Commissioner office Coimbatore Corporation.
