DMK- Congress members clash at Erode Corpn council meeting

In the Erode corporation meeting held today, there was a heated debate between the Congress and the DMK members following  Congress member Saburama sought clarification on a resolution. 
But, DMK members strongly objected it stating that she can speak after reading all resolutions. 

Another Congress member Ravi said that it was the tradition to ask for clarification while the reading of each resolution. Following this, there was a heated debate between the DMK Congress members. Aiadmk member Jagadeesan supported Ravi's stand. AIADMK members objected over the DMK member Palanisamy's demand of erecting a plaque with CM's name on the Uratchikottai water project claiming that the project was sanctioned by late CM Karunanidhi.

 The AIADMK members claimed that the scheme was brought by late CM Jayalaithaa. It also led to ruckus in the council with DMK and AIADMK members entered into wordy duel.  

When DMK member Adhi Sridhar pointed out lot of defects in the agenda, and asked the mayor and deputy mayor to  explain to the queries of members directly as per  the RTI Act. 
But other DMK members strongly opposed his stand leading to pandemonium for many minutes.
