Education Minister's Shocker and Delight

L.K.G and U.K.G were introduced in Tamilnadu Government schools since 2018. But this year they were stopped abruptly.The Department of School Education announced that the two classes will be discontinued from the coming academic year.

Political parties, educationists, parents, and the public strongly opposed this move. But at the same time, Anbil Mahesh the Minister for School Education announced the two classes are being moved to Anganwadi centers.
Educationists have questioned whether L.K.G and U.K.G can be taught in Anganwadi centers. Reversing the decision, the Minister for School Education has conveyed the happy news that L.K.G and U.K.G will be taught in schools itself. The announcement released as a result of Chief Minister Stalin's insistence has been welcomed by all.

This is a welcome move as it has been made in the interest of the students. Having Kindergarten classes in Government Schools is unavoidable. It does not help to make controversial announcements by the Government. Decisions must be taken after consultations with experts. 
Besides commencing Kindergarten admissions it is important to recruit a sufficient number of Teachers.
Appreciations to the Tamilnadu Government on behalf of poor and middle-class mothers.
