The 21st Century Educator’s Engagement Programme that empowers educators and school principals with leadership skills and elevate English language teaching-learning levels as aligned with the recommendations of the National Curriculum Frameworks (NCF) and the New Education Policy 2020 was conducted by Burlington English, a publisher and provider of digital materials for English learners, here on Friday. The 15-city programme is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of educators and aims to train 50,000 educators nationwide over a year.
The programme coveredl topics like linguistic confidence, language development insights and tech integration for skill development,. Mr. Kalpesh Amin, Head, Teaching and Training, Burlington English, who conducted the programme, provided the participants with tools and techniques to foster a dynamic learning environment.
The Managing Director, Mr. Amit Baveja, said the programme reaffirmed Burlington English’s commitment to fostering educational excellence. He said investing in the professional development of educators was crucial to delivering quality education that prepared the students for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
