Enviro Infra files DRHP to raise working capital

Enviro Infra Engineers Limited  a company involved in the business of designing, construction, operation and maintenance of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) and Water Supply Scheme Projects (WSSPs has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (“DRHP”) with market regulator.

Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) on September 27, 2022. The proposed initial public offering by Enviro Infra comprises of Fresh Issue of up to 95,00,000 equity shares (“Issue”). Hem Securities Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager for the proposed Issue. Enviro Infra in consultation with Book Running Lead Manager may consider a Pre-IPO placement of up to 7,00,000 Equity Shares prior to filing the Red Herring prospectus with the ROC. Company proposes to utilize the proceeds of the issue to meet the Working Capital Requirements, General Corporate Purposes and to meet issue expenses.
