Expelled AIADMK leader OPS extends financial assistance to Sri Lanka

Expelled AIADMK leader O Panneerselvam extended a financial assistance worth Rs 50 lakhs to Sri Lankan that is hit by worst economic crisis. 

Panneerselvam, in a statement, said, “When the chief minister announced that he would provide a financial assistance worth Rs 50 lakhs to Sri Lanka, I had informed the assembly that I would also provide the assistance to the country.  

Accordingly, I have sent two DDs each worth Rs 25 lakhs to the state government .” He requested the state government to accept his contribution.
