Former minister SP Velumani led an AIADMK protest in Coimbatore

Former minister SP Velumani led an AIADMK protest in Coimbatore, where party members, including MLAs and volunteers, demonstrated in black shirts to express their anger over the deaths of 58 people in Kallakurichi due to illegal liquor. This protest was part of a larger series of demonstrations held in district capitals across Tamil Nadu, spearheaded by AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami in Kallakurichi.

In Coimbatore, the protest took place in front of the Coimbatore Tahsildar office, with participants raising slogans against the DMK government.
