Integrated Agricultural Development Plan
Now, as the Northeast Monsoon has intensified, if farmers plant saplings in the fields of their lands, along the banks of streams, they will survive and grow well. Planting saplings increases green cover and prevents global warming.
Farmers can contact their Area Assistant Agriculture Officers with Chitta, Aadhaar, Bank Passbook Copy, Photo or register through Uzhavan App. Also, in this scheme, villages under the All Village Integrated Agricultural Development Plan will be given saplings on priority basis. For more details, Nambiyur Agriculture Extension Center office can be approached in person, Assistant Director of Agriculture Jeevathayalan said.
