French University EXPO 2023 at SIMATS Engineering

French University EXPO 2023 provided a grand platform for SIMATS Engineering students of Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS Deemed University) to explore higher education opportunities in France. The expo brought together representatives from some of the top French Universitiesto SIMATS Engineering, allowing students to get insights on courses, admission procedures, scholarships, and internships directly from the officials.

A professor from EmNormandie Business School said, “We are eager to welcome students from SIMATS diverse academic backgrounds and cultures. It enriches the learning experience for everyone. Collaborations like these open the door for a two-way learning process.”

Dr. N.M Veeraiyan the honorable Chancellor of SIMATS, expressing his satisfaction with the event's success, mentioned, “This expo isn’t just about providing students with opportunities abroad but also about building long-term partnerships with SIMATS Engineering.”

Dr. Ramya Deepak Director of SIMATS Engineering, remarked, “Understanding and experiencing different cultures, academic environments, and methodologies will undoubtedly shape our students into more adaptable and global-minded professionals.”

The highlight of the event at SIMATS Engineering was the discussion about the possibilities of signing an MOU. This Memorandum of Understanding would focus on student and faculty exchange programs, collaborative research projects, and joint seminars, which marked the beginning of future collaboration between SIMATS Engineering and the French Universities.
