G Square launches four projects in Coimbatore

G Square, India’s No.1 real estate developer, has successfully launched four high demand plotted development projects in Coimbatore, with a total sales value of Rs.110 Crore out of a project value of Rs.170 Crore in just 7 days. This marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion across the region, further solidifying its leadership in the real estate sector.  

The four projects launched in Coimbatore include:  G Square Bliss (Neelambur) at Rs.16L per cent,  G Square Woodland (Ramanathapuram) at Rs.24.5L per cent,   G Square Emerald Enclave (Pollachi) at Rs.10.5L per cent , G Square Urbanize (Saravanampatti) at Rs.19.9L per cent
