Governor to inaugurate VCs meet on April 25

Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu RN Ravi will be inaugurating a two days Conference of Vice-Chancellors of Universities of Tamil Nadu on April 25 and 26 at Raj Bhavan, Udhagamandalam. 

The Conference is being organised by the    RajBhavan, Tamil Nadu. The aim of the conference is to come up with ideas and Action Plan for:

 (i)    India's role in emerging new world order.  (ii)   India to be world leader by 2047. In this two days conference Professor M.Jagadesh 
Kumar, Chairman, University Grants Commission and Thiru.Sridhar Vembu, Chief Executive Officer, Zoho Corporation will be delivering special addresses. The Vice-Chancellors of all the State Universities, Central Universities and Private Universities in Tamil Nadu are participating in the Conference along 
with their Professors and Associate Professors, a release from  Addl. Director (PR), Raj Bhavan, Chennai, said.
