GreytHR Academy aims to empower 100,000+ participants for enhanced employability

GreytHR Academy, founded in 2019, aims to certify over 1,00,000 young professionals and students in the HR and Payroll domain. 
 

The academy, established by Greytip Software, offers industry-relevant courses in HR Operations, Payroll Statutory Compliance, New Labour Codes, and TDS for Indian payroll. 
It also provides entry-level staff training on greytHR's technology platform and blended learning programs.
To cater to approximately 4.3 million students enrolled in B.Com. and BBA courses across various universities in India, greytHR Academy has introduced a Career Education Programme. 
This HR Tech-based course will be launched in the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) format, covering topics like Payroll Processing, which are often excluded from most educational institutions' course curriculums. 
 

Students will practice payroll processing using greytHR software and participate in monthly or bimonthly live training sessions to familiarize themselves with the software.
The Career Education Programme will empower students with the ability to take up payroll processing-related jobs and eliminate the need for additional training or apprenticeship programs when joining their first organization in the same domain.
