Hill people stage stir

Members of Hill People's Association staged a stir with their cattle near Anthiyur and Sathy Taluk offices seeking permission to grace cattle in the forest area. 

They said they have been severely affected as the Madurai branch of the Chennai High Court has banned them from grazing cattle in the forest.  

Therefore, the judgment given to graze sheep and cows should be withdrawn.  They asked the Tamil Nadu government to appeal against the verdict. Similarly, a demonstration was held near the Satyamangalam tashildar's office.
