Honorary doctorate conferred on panchayat president

Namakkal district Thattankuttai panchayat president Pushpa Cellamuthu was conferred an honorary doctoral degree (honoris causa) by the Global Human Peace University at a function held at Raja Annamalai Mandram, Chennai, recently, as a way of appreciation of her social service.  The degree certificate was presented by the university founder and chairman Dr Manuvel in the presence of many dignitaries.
