HR Conclave at SIMATS

Human Resource leaders are thinking bigger and broader as they prepare to deal with an increasingly agile and restless workforce. SIMATS School of Engineering organized an HR Conclave exactly on the Latest Trends in Today’s Technology at Lattice Hall, SSE and witnessed 12+ HRs, 600+ students and faculties who joined for the great event. As the world becomes more digital, it is important to incorporate latest technology into learning processes. 

There were also department specified panel discussions on what is expected of today's graduating students, how should they prepare for interviews, how can the theory that has been studied be applied practically in various work sectors and how will technology develop in the future.
As a result, student transformation was an important component that was prioritised, not only for growth and smooth operation, but also for appealing to millennials, the latest workforce driving the growth story of organisations all over the world.
