In Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil  Hon'ble Tamil Nadu Assembly Speaker M. Appavu District Collector P.N Sreedhar inaugurated the seminar "Legislator & Kalaignar" held at the Government Higher Secondary School. Along with them are present, the former Assembly Speaker R.
