Inter School Sports Meet begins at KASC

A three day 7th State Level Inter School Sports meet for Kongu Trophy organized by Kongu Arts and Science College (KASC) began at the College on Saturday. 

Competitions like kabaddi, basketball, handball and football are organized and more than 140 teams from all districts of Tamil Nadu participated. 

The college physical Education department has been conducting these competitions for the last six years.  The meet was inaugurated by college correspondent Palaniswami and Principal Dr. N Raman. Prizes will be distributed at 5 pm on Aug 21 by Bharatiyar University Physical Education Director S.T.N.
