INVESTITURE CEREMONY-INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY CELEBRATION 2022 AT THE SAMHITA ACADEMY

While the whole world adapted and started following the 21st of Jun every year as World Yoga Day,the Samhita Academy Coimbatore has also become part of this celebration by conducting yoga practice and class for its students. 

As this opportunity for physical yoga classes were not available for more than past two years due to the pandemic children actively involved in the celebration with high spirit and enthusiasm and they have thoroughly enjoyed the same. 

They have now whole heatedly accepted the fact that the Yoga can improve the physical and mental health of all human, if practice it regularly.
