Joe Biden lauds Prime Minister Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi who took part in the Quad Summit in Japan's capital Tokyo held talks with the American President Joe Biden. The talks are in continuation of the September 2021 Summit between the two leaders in Washington and the COP 26 Summit. The two leaders exchanged views on regional issues concerning South Asia and Indo-Pacific. Joe Biden said,"The coronavirus pandemic has been brought under control to some extent. The world economy is rebounding. India is doing well in controlling coronavirus. To be specific Prime Minister Narendra Modi's efforts have been successful. His steps were democratic. I appreciate him for this," he said. 

In countries like Russia and China, the rulers can take action in an autocratic manner but Prime Minister Modi has taken speedy steps through democratic means. His leadership is appreciable and he has demonstrated that any problem can be solved democratically.
