KASC holds personality development programme

The Department of Costume Design and Fashion at Kongu Arts and Science College (KASC), Erode organized “Yoga for Excellence” for I year UG students. Mr. K. Subramaniam, Head of Manavalakalai Mandram Arakkattalai, Perundurai acted as resource person for this event. Students gained a deeper understanding of yoga and improved their asana practice, as well as learned a lot about philosophy of yoga, anatomy and breathing techniques
