KEC students conduct competitions at an Orphanage

Zhagaram Tamil Mandram of Kongu Engineering College organised an event called Aram for the children of Bharathiyar Aadharavathra Kulandhaigal Nala Kapagam, Chennimalai on 28th May, 2022. 

The orphanage was founded by Mr.Namashivayam in 2001 and currently accommodates 45 children along with 5 staff. Various competitions like Varna Varudal, Oru Kathai Solla Vaa etc. were conducted. KEC Correspondent P.Sachithanandan, and Principal Dr.V.Balusamy, distributed the prizes worth of Rs.10,000 to the winners.

Dr.K.Krishnamurthy, Chief Coordinator- Student Affairs, Dr.R.Mouleeshuwarapprabu, Dr.A.S.Periyasamy Manikandan, Faculty Advisors and members of the Tamil Mandram made arrangements.
