KNYMC invites applications for BNYS course

Kongu Naturopathy and Yoga Medical College (KNYMC), Perundurai, affiliated to Dr MGR Medical University of TN Government, has invited applications for 5 and a half year Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) course for current academic year.

The college, having 100 bedded hospital, library with over 3000 books, good infrastructure, experienced faculty, is functioning in the Kongu Engineering College (KEC) campus. Every day, over 100 persons from various areas of the district come and get treatment in the hospital. The KEC got I place in the All India Award for Green Campus and Kongu Arts and Sciences College got I place in Health aspects last year.

Kongu Polytechnic College was in the top in pass percentage and all institutions were  maintaining best standard of education so that they recorded highest placement rate at state level every year. All the institution comes under the renowned Kongu Velalar Institute of Technology Trust (KVITT). Hence, the medical college is also maintaining quality education to become top in the nation and bring out best doctors and researchers to deal various diseases, caused by lifestyle changes in the society in the present environment.

In 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 academic year, all seats under the government and management quotas were filled up. In 2022-2023 also, all seats in the management quota were filled up and the process of filling up seats under the government quota is going on.

The applications are given by the Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy Department through the website www.tnhealth.tn.gov.in till Oct 19.
