KPRIET Workshop on Millimeter Wave and THz Technologies at Coimbatore

In KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organised a Science and Engineering Research Board-sponsored one-week national-level workshop on “From Theory to Practice: Millimeter Wave & THz Antennas for Modern Applications”.
The workshop addressed the importance of mmWave and THz technologies in modern communication systems. Experts, researchers, and practitioners explored the advanced technologies and applications of millimetre wave (mmWave) and terahertz (THz) antennas and learnt current research challenges and potential solutions.
Over 50 participants, including postgraduate students, research scholars, and faculty, from various institutions engaged in practical exercises, demonstrations, and applying theoretical concepts.
