Lecture on Ethics in the Era of Industry

The Department of Commerce (CA) of Kongu Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Erode organized a Guest Lecture titled “Ethics in the Era of Industry 4.0”. Resource Person, Dr. B. Senthil, Assistant Professor from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore said, “Industry 4.0 is gaining great importance in today’s globalization environment. Ethics plays a vital role in industrial revolution. 

The revolution is being fuelled by ethics which support the changes in management and production in both small and large businesses as a result of a variety of factors, including expanding technology-based production, employment opportunities, climatic changes, internet capabilities, and industry competition in the current environment”. He answered to the students' queries regarding ethics prevailing in current industries and their operations.
