MAWS secretary inspects various projects

Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MAWS) secretary Shiv Das Meena inspected the ongoing developmental works and water supply works in the city. 

The secretary also reviewed the actions that were taken based on a complaint stating that sewage water had mixed with drinking water at Narayanasamy layout at Sanganoor in the city. He checked the household pipeline connections, waste segregation centres and corporation graveyards in the locality. 

He inspected the water storage tank at a house and consumed water from there. He listened to the grievances of the public while inspecting the works of Pillur III scheme. The public urged him to take actions to address drinking water shortage, to desilt the canals and to lay roads in their locality. He immediately directed the concerned officials to take action on the complaints.
