Indian shooter Manu Bhakar won bronze medal in 10m air pistol at the Paris Olympics yesterday (Sunday). She also made history by becoming the first Indian athlete to win a medal in Olympic shooting. With this, she has started India's medal tally in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Next, Manu Bhakar will play in the qualifiers in the mixed doubles 10m air pistol event along with Sandeep Singh. The match will be held this afternoon. Similarly, Manu Bhakar will play in the women's 25m air pistol singles. The tournament will be held on August 2. India's P V Sindhu won the women's badminton singles first round of the Paris Olympics and advanced to the next round.
