The results for the public exams are expected to be released as follows: Class 12 results: May 9, 2025, Class 11 and Class 10 results: May 19, 2025. Minister Anbil Mahesh encouraged students to focus on their studies without fear and assured them that the government, under Chief Minister MK Stalin, would provide support.
Regarding the ongoing issue with the central government’s allocation of funds under the Integrated School Education Scheme (Samagra Siksha Abhiyan), the minister expressed concern that the delay is due to pressure from the central government to adopt a trilingual policy, which Tamil Nadu opposes.
He called the withholding of funds inappropriate, given Tamil Nadu's strong performance in the education sector.
